All Multi Athletes will start practice tomorrow at 4:15PM (Hep. Tri. Pent.)

🏃‍♂️ Final Practice at Spring Forest MS
When: Tomorrow
Where: On the grass football field next to the track
(Note: The track is being resurfaced)

📍NEW Practice Location Starting Monday, June 9th
Where: Stratford High School Track
Time: 7:50 AM – 9:00 AM

👉 Important: These practices will be strictly limited to athletes competing in the summer championships.
Please make any necessary transportation arrangements in advance.
