Weekend Recap & Week Ahead

Despite the weather delays, our athletes showed incredible resilience and performed exceptionally well this weekend! We’re proud to announce that two ALL-TIME AAU District records were broken:

Long Jump – Aaliyah Limon jumped an outstanding 16 feet 10 inches
11/12 Girls 4×400 Relay – Finished with an impressive time of 4:04
Shoutout to Dedrick, who came just 3.5 inches short of the Long Jump record—an amazing effort!

As a team, we’re still going strong with many athletes advancing to the Regional round. Let’s keep this momentum going. ALL Relays Qualified for Regionals!!

This week is crucial. It’s our last tough training week before Regionals, and it’s a great opportunity to build confidence, strength, and consistency through the planned workouts. After this week, we’ll begin to taper in preparation for competition.
