We encourage all runners to continue to be physically active during this time. We are planning for a shorter season and you must do your part to stay in shape.

I suggest downloading a free running app such as Nike Run Club to help monitor your distance and time. The app is very simple to use.

Workout Distance Runners

30 minute run record your distance at completion

Sprinters Workout

Track access
3x(30M run, 60M run, 90M run)
Walk back recovery

Street or Trail Access

3x(3sec sprint, 6 second sprint, 10 second sprint)
Walk back recovery
