Fall Running Schedule
Cross Country
Mondays, Tuesdays &Thursdays 5:00PM to 6:00PM
Location Spring Forest Middle School Track (Arrive 10 minutes early)
Track (Sprinters/Hurdlers/Jumpers)
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00PM to 6:00PM
Location Spring Forest Middle School Track
Strength Training (6th Grade and Up)
Mondays and Wednesdays (4:00PM to 5:00PM)
(SFMS athletes may ride in the team van which will be parked in the back parking lot of SFMS)
Location: Power House Gym 14520 Memorial Dr 54, Houston, TX 77079
*Must be approved by coaching staff or have previously participated in strength training. If you cannot commit to the program consistently we recommend you not participate. Excessive absences will lead to removal from the program.*
