Must be registered with Power House Gym to participate.
To participate you must have participated previously in strength training or be approved by the coaching staff.
Must wear tennis shoes in the gym and bring bottled water.
Parents can drop-off at the gym on strength days.
*If your athlete attends SFMS the Team Van will be parked in the SFMS back parking lot for transportation to Power House Gym* Parents can either pickup from Power House or Family Point Resources at 5:00PM on Wednesdays. On Mondays athletes will be transported to track/xc practice at SFMS track, parents can pickup for SFMS at 6:00PM.
