FPR Thrower practice is every Tuesday and Thursday 5:00PM to 6:00PM at Spring Forest Middle School.
Athletes will meet with Coach Shonte at the Northwest end of the track at the Shot Put Ring near the Nottingham Park Gate.
If you are not listed on the current Throwers Roster below and would like to attempt throwing please contact Coach Brandon and we will add you to the list. (Please do not attend without contacting a coach)
